*** 40 rep Leg Burner ****

Many moons ago I used to do this exercise with a lot more weight 😮! Back then bigger legs were the goal.

Now my goals are cardio, explosive power and endurance and this with a lighter weight is perfect.

40 reps... 10 normal squats, 10 with feet together angled forward and 10 stepping back lunges with each leg....

Do 3 sets of them at the end of your Cardio or leg workout for something different and then make sure you stretch because tomorrow getting up the stairs maybe a bit difficult 😂👍
