Field of dreams for Steve today on his Monday session. We smashed out over 4km in Fartkek training and combined with calesthenics exercises. A hard hard session but Steve kept at it and burned 500 calories.

2 weeks into his PT with me and he is already looking and feeling great. Well done Steve 👏
