Thank you to everyone who came to our 2026 Summer Solstice class, where beautiful weather, stunning surroundings, and wonderful people came together to enjoy yoga and pilates 🧘‍♀️ I’m thrilled to say we raised £1180 for who have been nothing short of incredible in supporting our family, and many others locally, through a very difficult time. Please do reach out to them if you need support living with Dementia. Thank you to our wonderful hosts who are so generous in sharing their beautiful grounds for us to enjoy. Thank you to my creative director / daughters for putting together this year’s reel. And finally, thank you to everyone who came (all 106 of you!) who made the atmosphere what it was. See you next time 💛

To be fair, tight IT bands are very common, particularly in runners and cyclists. We’ve been loving (mostly) stretching with bands during this block!
