Campaign update: Bugs, bikes and a return to track action.

The Thurrock Asmatt Limited Hammers campaign has been gathering momentum – on and off the track. 🏁

With work continuing behind the scenes, recent weeks have brought growing media interest, new collaborations and further action in our campaign to return speedway to Thurrock.

We’ve submitted two further substantial objections to the proposed data centre development, continued discussions around our vision for the future of the site, and joined forces with environmental organisations including Buglife - The Invertebrate Conservation Trust and Essex Wildlife Trust

And there’s plenty happening on track too, with the Hammers set to make two appearances in September when we take on Mildenhall Speedway Club and Kent Eagles Speedway Club. Team news for both fixtures to follow soon.
