TWO brand new CONCEPT 2 STRENGTH ERGS were ordered today!
And will arrive in a matter of days!!!

Am incredibly versatile piece of kit from one of the most trusted manufacturers in all of fitness

TWO Strength Ergs were chosen as a valuable investment as they add a ‘push, pull, legs’ resistance element that is dynamic enough to be added to our group training portfolio… particularly the HYBRID CIRCUIT and ERG ENGINE classes. As if they weren’t savage enough already!!! 🔥

They will also be a hugely valuable addition to your training programmes and will be available to all in the gym. Massively powerful tools for Personal Training also!

More detail, tutorial and description will follow… but suffice to say, locally we have again been the first in investing in new innovative equipment that further strengthens the true HYBRID nature of the Empire environment.

As we evolve, improve, develop and raise our levels, so will you, our members.

Tomorrow (Monday 2nd) every piece of cardio equipment will be subject to a full service.
2 engineers on site all day from 10:30am after the 2 morning classes.

The gym will of course be available to use as normal as the engineers move around the equipment.

Air Bikes, Bike Ergs, Ski Ergs, Row Ergs, Curve Runners, Treadmills, Stairmasters, HIITmill, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bike, Arc Trainers… EVERYTHING, receiving professional care love and attention so we can assure any issues are resolved, parts ordered and replaced where required and fan wheels and resistances true and proper.
