Spiral Gymnastics Club Gymnastics Club Katherine has a huge passion for gymnastics and has over 26 years coaching experience. She started her gymnastic career at a club in Bretton.

Spiral Gymnastics Club in Peterborough opened in 2011 and is now solely run by Katherine Everett who has many years of experience within the sport. Prior to becoming a British Gymnastics qualified coach, Katherine was an Olympic gymnast and brings years of experience training and competing at international level. Having this experience first-hand is vital in understanding the processes of long-term athlete development and offering the support and understanding needed for competitive gymnastics. Katherine excelled on the Asymmetric bars and has a particular passion for coaching this piece of equipment.

What a fantastic day for our Tier 1 & Tier 2 girls! 🤸‍♀️💗

A huge thank you to Matt Jackson for his bars workshop, Leonni Jennison for working on warm-ups and cool-downs, and Teegan Barnes for delivering a fantastic nutrition workshop! 💪🏼🥗✨

It was lovely to see clubs from across the county come together, with the girls training, learning and supporting each other throughout the day. 💫

We couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and effort! 💗🤸‍♀️

Our Stay & Play sessions are the perfect opportunity for children to burn off some energy, explore our fully equipped gymnastics gym, and have lots of fun during the school holidays!

💚 What an incredible weekend at Spiral Rocks 2026! 💚

A massive well done to every one of our Spiral Gymnastics Club gymnasts who took to the floor and gave it their all! 🤸✨

From first-time competitors to our more experienced gymnasts, we couldn't be prouder of the determination, resilience, confidence and sportsmanship you all showed throughout the competition. Every gymnast should be proud of their performances and the hard work they've put in to get here.

A huge thank you to our amazing coaches, volunteers, judges and parents for all of your support in making the competition such a success. We couldn't do it without you! 💙

We hope everyone enjoyed the weekend as much as we did, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the competition season brings.

Our County Tier 1 gymnasts had an amazing training session and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to learn from the talented Thomas Yates! 🤸💙

A huge thank you to for taking the time to work with our gymnasts, sharing your knowledge, expertise and encouragement. It was a fantastic experience, and the girls loved challenging themselves and learning new skills throughout the session.

We're so proud of the hard work, determination and positive attitudes they showed from start to finish. Keep up the fantastic work, girls! 🌟

⚠️ Today's Gymnastics Sessions Cancelled ⚠️

Due to the extreme heat, today's gymnastics sessions have been cancelled to ensure the safety of all our gymnasts, coaches and volunteers.

A replacement session will take place on Friday 17th July 2026 during your child's usual class time. As a make-up session is being provided, refunds or alternative sessions cannot be offered if your child is unable to attend.

We are still open today if you need to drop off competition entry slips.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

A huge thank you to Thomas Yates for joining our County Squad Tier 2 gymnasts and coaches this week.

The gymnasts had a fantastic session, gaining valuable advice, technical tips, and insight that will help them continue to develop their skills and performance. It was a great opportunity for both gymnasts and coaches to learn from someone with such a wealth of experience.

🌹✨ Congratulations to our Spiral Gymnasts who competed at the Roses Competition in Milton Keynes! ✨🌹

We are incredibly proud of all our gymnasts who represented Spiral so well throughout the competition.

🏅 Our gymnasts achieved an amazing 31 medals across the weekend, and several gymnasts successfully performed new skills in competition for the first time – a fantastic achievement and a testament to their hard work and dedication.

We were also delighted to meet Jenitha Johnson (JJ), a member of the Junior Great Britain Squad and certainly a gymnast to watch in the future. 🇬🇧 Having recently won a bronze medal in Germany, Jenitha continues to impress on the international stage and has her sights set firmly on the 2028 Summer Olympics.

Well done to every gymnast who competed. We are so proud of your effort, determination, and achievements throughout the weekend. 💙🤸‍♀️
