Since day one of becoming a PT, I've wanted to be surrounded by people who are better than me.

I knew it was important for my growth in every area of my life.

But alongside that, I've always had a dream of building a tight-knit community where people can truly be themselves.

A place where people can:

- Share their struggles and feel supported
- Share their wins and be celebrated
- Share their apprehension and be challenged to grow

I can confidently say the Run Club here in Peterborough has become that space.

We have people from all walks of life joining in every Saturday and making this run a regular part of their routine.

This wouldn't be possible without Snap Fitness Peterborough trying to do something different for the community, and you will always be welcomed if you’re looking for a place to grow.

Not only that, we want to start putting on more events, so stay tuned for that.

I would also like to give a massive shout out to a local business, Black Sheep Coffee, for good coffee and more importantly good vibes.

For letting us come down as a team to connect and get to know each other as people.

If you resonate and feel like you need the right community for you, we will welcome you with open arms!

“Do I look fat in this?” was the thought she never said out loud…

When Gianna first came to me she lacked confidence in her appearance, internally she hated the way clothes fit her body, but most would have no idea this silent battle was happening

She lacked knowledge about training, questions like these kept creeping up

“Am I doing this correctly?”

“Why can’t I feel my glutes working?

“Why is my back hurting again?”

This can quickly discourage you from being consistent at the gym, especially for girls where building a “dump truck” is of key importance

Progressive overload is key for building muscle, but pain & discomfort are pretty big roadblocks for that

During our work together we…

1] Completed a photo shoot, not for vanity but for giving her a real reason to focus on doing the work she needed to do

Unsurprisingly a deadline is a pretty good motivator to get sh*t done!

2] Got strong as f*ck! Through learning how to train with real intensity

The type of intensity that leaves your shaking after a set of “B-Stance RDL’s”, as sensation in the muscle you want to work does wonders to your mindset

3] Changed her inner narrative! We faced a lot of challenges...

- Weight loss - “Will I lose my muscle?
- Muscle Building - “ Will I become fat?”
- Slip Ups - “ Why can’t just stick to this? I’m such a failure”

She had to challenge these thoughts, as much as you try to eliminate them it won’t work, because a transformation requires real change

Our mind doesn’t like that and will resist that change as it feels uncertain, without real guidance it can be a big challenge that stops you in your tracks

For Gianna, it was the opposite she leaned into the process when it got tough and managed to completely change her relationship with training and nutrition, alongside achieving a mind-blowing physique

This wasn’t a short term fix, it took us 18 months and what a pleasure it has been to work with you.

If this resonates with you, know what these are problems I specialize in solving, you’re not broken you just require the right guidance

Tired of starting over with your fitness?

You're not alone—especially here in Peterborough.

Most of the people I coach aren’t athletes or gym fanatics.
They’re everyday people who’ve tried it all—diets, classes, gym memberships—only to fall off again and feel worse for it.

What they need isn’t more willpower.
It’s a plan that actually fits their life.

Here’s how I coach it:

✅ Sustainable strength training (built around your schedule)
✅ Realistic nutrition—no tracking every gram or cutting everything you enjoy
✅ Tools to stay consistent long after the motivation fades

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to start showing up in a way that feels doable and real.

If you live in or around PE1 and want to feel better in your body again—stronger, leaner, and more in control—I’ve got space for 1-2 more locals this month.

📩 Drop me a message if you want to chat.
No pressure—just clarity on what could actually work for you.@

Big up the "Transformation Tuesday"!

And we do have a big transformation here, for the sake of the client I'll keep his identity hidden, but I will share his big win of working with me so far🔥

Just to paint you a picture this client came to me unhappy with his physique and approach to fitness... or rather a lack of approach!

Health & fitness became the lowest priority on his busy schedule and he knew a change had to be made...

Although he came from a background of training and usually staying on top of nutrition

Accountability was missing and he wasn't doing what he knew he needed to do in order to get and stay in great shape, so we got to work...😁

👉 We up-skilled his nutrition that allowed him to stay on track and lose a total of 6kg body fat, whilst dropping a total of 10cm around his waist without sacrificing the odd night out!

(And no it's not about just tracking calories broo!🤣)

We made mistakes, things didn't go to plan, yet we still made incredible progress.

This just proves things don't have to be perfect in order to create the change you want

👉 We created a solid routine that he could stick to consistently & most importantly hit sessions with intensity

Meaning that along with dropping body fat we were also building muscle

Which is supported by the pictures and the total of 6 cm increase in his arms and chest.

👉 We prioritized activity outside the gym to ensure he didn't need to log countless hours of cardio to get in shape

Whilst implementing lifestyle changes that will help him maintain and continue building his physique as we keep on working together

Oh...

And the best part is we were able to achieve this in the space of 10 weeks...🤯

Not bad considering he's managed to regain confidence in the way he looks, which I think is the biggest win

Incredibly proud of you mate, look forward to seeing you progress further!💪

"Neurons that fire together wire together!"

I like this quote for several reasons. But more than anything, it's simple and easy to understand.

To complete an action your neurons go through a complex system within the body

This means that you have to place intentional focus on what you want to do, to progress and move forward

After enough repetition and practice, this complex firing of neurons becomes a habit and eventually a behaviour which dictates the outcome of your results.

Here are 2 questions I would ask myself:

1] How many good habits did you manage to reinforce?

2] How many bad habits did you manage to avoid?

I get it more than anyone else it's hard!

I have bad habits, and I've had bad habits that kept me stuck for a very long time without progressing.

Things like:

Raiding the fridge or cupboard in the evening [ No one will know right? ]

Having one too many beers on a night out [ F**k it! I'll get on track next monday ]

Skip out on training because I can't be arsed! [ I can always go tomorrow right? ]

These were the exact things that kept me from reaching my potential, which sucked at the time.

But now I’m grateful as without the pain I would have stayed the same.

This might be you:

You go from constant highs and lows, some days things are great but then you get off track by slight set back…

You've tried weight loss countless times but the scales are not budging and you don't know why…

Your training plan is unsustainable burning you out. Leaving you with the question of "What am I doing wrong?"...

I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be this way!
In order to instill good habits and start creating genuine change consider the following

1] Start Small - progress isn’t always a linear process. What might show up as tiny results at the start can quickly compound into exponential improvements

2] Own Your Mistakes - don’t let a setback hold you back from taking action, the only guarantee is change so be prepared for a plan to go wrong at times

3] Reflect & Celebrate - make sure you give yourself permission to look back in order to see the progress you have made, then celebrate that progress like no one is watching

LFG!

Client Spotlight Thursday!

Meet Stuart "The Psychic Medium". This man needs no introduction as if you don't already know he is a rising star, and one of my top clients.

To say the least he doesn't need a spotlight anymore than he already has. But I still wanted to post of his success working with me so far.

Stuart came to me...

Struggling to find the time to training, because of a busy show schedule

Frustrated as inconsistent nutrition kept him from loosing weight

His previous training, left him with niggles that removed his enjoyment of training

Safe to say things were not going in the direction he wanted to go and he wanted to change!

This where me and Stuart started our work together, can't say each session was as productive as intended. As often time the banter took over.

But I can confidently say the time dedicated for work has certainly paid off!

Besides what's the point of putting effort and hard work if you can't have a laugh during the process.

Fast forward to now...

Not only is Stuart in the best shape he has been in a long time, he is also the happiest he has ever been with his training.

Here is what we did...

We made sure the sessions were time efficient and intentional. We had specific areas to focus on and anything that wasn't that we cut out. Meaning we built excitement surrounding the sessions as the key focus was in line with his goals. This meant sessions adherence went through the roof.

As he started enjoying coming to the sessions knowing what he was doing mattered and got him closer to his goal.

Nutritional was a constant struggle with the busy schedule. So we came to an agreement that simplifying the process was key in order to achieve his target.

So we created a rough template of the foods he should eat. You might of heard that meal plans are bad, but I disagree they can be a great tool when used correctly.

In this case it worked a treat, giving him enough structure to stay within the caloric target. Whilst still giving him the opportunity to include a sweet treat and even a fatty burger all during travel.

Before training together Stuart complained about having pains when doing exercise. Which stopped him from going all in when we needed to push an exercise.

This most likely held back his progress for a very long time, as you need to put INTENSITY in your training if you want to see results.

Having said that he still complains... but he has absolute confidence that the program we have in place he can push and not worry about breaking.

That is a complete mindset shift, and a game changer when it comes to getting good quality work done.

Having said all this I think it is important to have transformation results of before and afters. But I believe the more meaningful change is in the mindset of the person behind that picture.

Both are just as valuable and need to be recognised! As when the physical progress is slow we know we are still making transformational change.

Thank you for putting your trust in me, I feel proud to call you my client and friend

Well Done Stuart!

Wow!🤯

To say the least I wasn't expecting such an incredible response to my post from last night

2 slots have already been taken by a couple of ladies looking to achieve some really interesting goals

The crazy part is I haven't even responded to every inquiry yet, for those of you who have showed interest either in my direct messages or on my stories, I will get back to you as soon as possible

One of the most important things for me as a coach is to prioritize and look after the clients currently in my team, as they have to come first

My second priority is to provide an exceptional service to the clients that are currently looking to come on board which takes time if done correctly

This isn't about getting people across the line, with my work high level of service is key🔑

So despite a pretty high interest I will only be taking 5 clients onboard, so if you're serious

And it is something you are certain you want to be a part of!

You have until 1800pm tomorrow to register your interest in working with me

𝐈'𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟓 people 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 make tangible progress towards their goals in the next 30 days!

Ready to finally start seeing results? This is for you.

Do you…

❌ Struggle to find time for training.
❌ Put in the work but are not getting the results you want.
❌ Know you could improve your nutrition, progress metrics and goal setting just not sure on where to start.

I have you covered!

Over 30 days, you will…

✅ Learn how to structure sessions, and work out with the intensity required to see results when you have limited time for the gym.
✅ Build a sustainable nutritional plan designed to help you achieve your dream physique.
✅ Install an efficient process to track progress and identify your next goals.

And most importantly, you will start to see some progress.

This offer requires a 30-day commitment on your part. But beyond that, there’s no obligation to continue working with me.

If you see the progress that most people see when they join the team, I’m sure we’ll continue to work together. But if after 30 days you decide it's not for you, you simply walk away.

Either way, you'll end the 30 days with more confidence, more knowledge, and a much better chance of achieving your goals.
