Well what a tournament from our U12 Valkyries today playing in the Terrington girls tournament.

The best tournament performance these girls have put in. Different format with the small goals and smaller pitches. Very quick turnaround football and recovery needed. We progressed and settled into the format and got the most wins / points we ever have done in a tournement setup.

So proud of the girls today and we were so unlucky to miss out on progressing to the semi finals on goal difference. Small margins but that’s football and our Valkyries leave today with heads high and positive, as we move into the next tournament 💪🏻.

Some amazing highlights, great assist from Eva and goal from Bethan to get us going. Well done Bethan .
Also great to see Emily get her goal from a fantastic move and superb finish!
Our no1 Annie just superb with some saves that earned us some crucial 3 points.

Player of the tournement going to Emily for her quick decision making, her adapting to the format, playing further upfield with her movement also fantastic today, then topping it off with a fantastic goal.
Well done Emily 😁.

Congratulations to our Valkyries U12 girls for recognition for being voted Most Sporting team by their peers.

Valkyries Girls U12 team travelled over to Lincoln this weekend to receive an award for being the most Sporting team in their age group.

The Valkyries U8 Girls had a challenge today playing a year up in the WSM U9 tournament. A busy morning filled with tough opponents and great fast paced games.
Such a great learning opportunity for the young Valkyries who showed passion, determination and strength to battle through!

Very proud of our U12’s Valkyries today as they attending the end of season presentation day with Lincolnshire Women & Girls Football League .
Our girls coming away with most sporting team award voted by all the teams in the league.

Our fearless U8 Valkyries competed in the GNFC tournament this morning. Some tricky games in our group stage. We came first in the group stage and went through into the final on penalties. Narrowly missed out on 1st place today,but super proud of our Runner ups in their first tournament!🥈🥈⚽️⚽️
