Valkyries 3-2 Girls Utd blacks U12
Spectators (parents) were treated to a great game of football by 2 very good footballing sides.
Girls Utd took the lead early when one of their strikers burst down the right and hammered it in, 0-1, it stayed tight and tense until the 2nd half.
Molly Warner whipped in a nice high cross, curling to the back post where Flo was steaming in with a bullet header, goal Valkyries, 1-1.
It was all Langtoft, loads of pressure, couldn't score, then Girls Utd got a corner which flew straight into the net, somehow evading everyone, 1-2.
Again loads of pressure from Langtoft, all over them, Autumn picks the ball up and launches it the full length of the pitch with Zu running onto it with a volley over the keeper, what a goal, Valkyries, 2-2.
All Langtoft, pressing, loads of pressure, then it's a corner, Anni steps up and curls it right footed into the net, such a dangerous delivery, nobody could deal with it, 3-2.
The Valkyries didn't need to hang on they wanted more...final whistle, game over.

Couldn't decide on Valkyries of the match so went with all
