1 year of coaching a muaythai class at Peterborough Boxing & Fitness Academy gave everyone an extra 15 mins as we was having lots of fun learning new techniques, 1 student didn't believe a drill would work in fight speed so I used them as a demonstration and then they believed it 😂 i take no offence when students question my techniques as this is a part of learning but everything i teach is from my coaches in thailand, from my favourite fighters and my creativity which I then try on one of my mates 😈 before teaching to my class

Thank you all for listening and learning and showing up for our sessions, if I can get a good number of students every week I will make the class longer as in muaythai there's lots of stretching involved.

I love what I do and i love to see you all progress with my teachings so thank you for turning up either by yourself or bringing your lil sister or even your mum with you 🖤🇹🇭🥊
