Meet the players - Tascha ✨

What made you join Netfit?

I joined Netfit because I wanted to become a healthier, stronger version of myself while being part of a supportive team. I’ve always found it easier to stay motivated when I’m accountable to others, and combining netball with a weight loss challenge felt like the perfect way to make fitness enjoyable rather than a chore. I’m looking forward to building healthy habits, losing weight, improving my fitness, and proving to myself that consistency really does pay off.

What do you like about Netfit?

The people. Everyone is on their own journey, but everyone wants to see each other succeed. It’s supportive, motivating and full of positivity, which makes it so much easier to stay committed.

What have you achieved since joining Netfit?

Since joining Netfit, I’ve become fitter, stronger, and much more consistent with my exercise. I’ve built healthier habits, gained confidence, and found that I actually enjoy working out now. The support from the team and everyone within Netfit has helped me stay motivated and keep progressing.

What would you say to anyone joining Netfit?

If you’re thinking about joining Netfit, just do it. Don’t worry about your fitness level or what anyone else might think…everyone starts somewhere, and you’ll be welcomed from day one. It’s such a supportive community where everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed. Show up, give it your best, and trust the process. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve, and you’ll probably make some great friends along the way too.
