Our new POLE STRONGER is launching this September. 😍 💪

This is an add on strength & conditioning programme designed specifically for polers who want to get even stronger, move better and give their pole progress an extra push outside of classes 🪄

Whether you’re working towards your first invert, or refining more advanced skills such as handstands or handsprings, Pole Stronger has been designed with structured progressions for two different levels.

✨ FOUNDATIONS level
For building the strength and control needed for things like climbs, inverts, pull-ups and stronger pole foundations.

🔥 PERFORMANCE level
For intermediate level polers working towards more advanced strength skills like handsprings, Ayeshas, shoulder mounts and more.

No more guessing what exercises to do to help reach those goals.
No more random workouts and guessing.

Just structured, progressive training designed to complement the pole classes you’re already doing and help you become a stronger poler with coach and nutritionist Ally✨| Heels Choreo & Coach

Spaces are limited to 10 people and bookings are now OPEN for September.
