Having children may have weakened your pelvic floor, but participating in BounceTM will help you engage and strengthen it. While you may need to take a quick bathroom break during the class, rest assured that you are not the only one, and you can go whenever you need.
🧡What if I fall off?
You won’t. The key to bouncing on a mini trampoline is focusing on the downward push instead of trying to jump as high as possible. We maintain a low and steady bounceTM to ensure comfort and safety. You can always choose a lower intensity option that suits your comfort level. Without even lifting your feet off the mat, you can still achieve an incredible workout.
🧡I don’t have any rhythm or coordination!
Rebounding doesn’t require rhythm or coordination. Although there is music playing, every participant is focused on themselves. Just feel the music, sing along, and have fun! Remember, everyone in the class was once a beginner, too! Including the instructors!!
