As we start the new academic year here at Stanground Academy, the Sports Centre has had to make a few changes to both the pool timetable and swim lesson timetable.

Details of our Learn to Swim programme can be found below. All Learn to Swim participants should now have received two emails regarding these changes. Our team has been working tirelessly to deal with enquiries and transition swimmers from our old timetable to the new one.

We anticipate some teething issues as we go through this period of change, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. As a result of the new timetable, there will be no Watching Week this month. Our next Watching Week will take place in October.

Our new pool timetable, together with new block bookings and club usage, means that we are only able to facilitate public swimming sessions at weekends. We have therefore extended our Saturday public swim session until 3:30pm.

Unfortunately, private pool parties will not be available to book for the foreseeable future.

📢 Timetable Update

From Monday 7th September, our new timetable will come into effect.

Due to block bookings, Lane Swim sessions will no longer be available on Mondays and Thursdays.

We are pleased to announce that our Saturday swimming timetable has been extended until 3:30pm, giving you even more time to enjoy the pool at the weekend.

There is also a change to our Sunday programme. The 12:00pm - 3:30pm swim session will now become Floats Fun, making it the perfect time for families and children to enjoy the pool.

🎉 Please note: For the time being, pool parties will not be available. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as they return.
