🌸 Spring Showcase 🌸
At the start of May we had our yearly showcase and woweeee it was magical! Many first time solo-ist being incredibly brave, a stunning duet, some increase instructor performances, another gorgey group performance this time a lil dreamy collab between Ailsa + Alex choreographing and a return performer visiting us is especially from Spain 😍 We also experienced our first live Experimental Pole performance too which I’ll share more about separately … Here is a just a couple of delightful snaps from to remind us of an incredible eve! Thanks to all who came and made this intimate gathering so special 🌸

Client wins! I’ve had the absolute pleasure of training Erin in the gym since October. Her goals were to find confidence in the gym and find a routine she can stick with. She quickly discovered a love for lifting and a comfort in the environment we offer Get Fit And Fly which lead her to add in some more Move Strong sessions through the week.
In our final private coaching she smashed through her 100kg deadlift target for two reps and went on to achieve a solid 110kg lift 🤌
