When Lesley first started training, the gym felt like a daunting place — which is completely normal for so many people.
We started with the basics:learning movement patterns, improving form, understanding the machines, and most importantly, building confidence step by step.
Fast forward to today, and the difference is incredible.
From sessions where we were doing just a few movements at a time, Lesley is now completing:• 6 exercises• 18 total sets• 120 total reps• 2,290 kg lifted in one session
But the biggest achievement isn’t the weight lifted — it’s the confidence she’s gained in herself.
Seeing someone walk into the gym more confidently, move better, trust themselves more, and realise what they’re capable of is exactly why I love doing this.
Really proud of all the work Lesley has put in so far, and this is only the beginning.
