Hey guys, how’s life? Need a change?
Need ‘TO’ change?

I’m looking for 4 females looking to lose weight, tone/tighten up, get stronger/fitter, change eating habits/behaviours..... is this you?🤔

The chosen day for availability will be Sunday afternoons, time TBA!
The sessions will be group based (x4)
And last an hour, this includes warm up, main resistance training session & cool down.

The environment is city centre based & non intrusive meaning there will only be the group in the space, which is ideal for people who don’t like being stared at or judged (we ALL start somewhere).
PM me for details & we’ll have a 1 to 1 chat & see where we can take you, I’m committed to making the changes you require if you’re willing to make the change!
