I’ll be away on my stag from Thursday 28th and classes will be limited until I return on Thursday 4th.

The following classes will still be running as normal:

Friday Morning No Gi – 7:00 AM

Friday Women’s Only – 8:00 PM

Tuesday No Gi – 7:00 PM

Wednesday Gi – 7:00 PM

All other classes will be paused during this time.

Thanks for your understanding, and I’ll see you all when I’m back!

Hi all,

Unfortunately, something has come up and I won’t be able to make it in on time for the Teens class tonight. I’m extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

At this stage, I don’t plan to take any time off until the end of May. However, there is a possibility that I may need to have a small surgery in approximately six weeks. I’ll be sure to keep you updated if and when that is confirmed.
