NUTRITION GROUPS ARE BACK !! (starting 9th January )

* Are you looking to improve your athletic performance?
My nutrition group will be starting on the 9th January and will run for 4 weeks .
The purpose of this group is to inform, educate and allow people to have the tools to follow sustainable eating habits.
We will meet on a Monday evening each week where you will learn how to change your eating habits and achieve your goals. You will have your calories and macros worked out for you and this will be monitored during the 4 weeks .
There will be online support to answer questions and provide help and motivation throughout the 4 weeks.
All you need is commitment and a positive attitude to make the change .
This is not a fad, there are no meal replacements, there is no magic powder or fat burning potion … this is about eating real food and having a balanced healthy diet.
This will be a small group with a maximum of 10 people .
