Looking forward to Pilates tomorrow Perth Yoga Studio. Here's a little bit about it.

Pilates, Fridays 12-12.40pm
This class will incorporate classical Pilates exercises with modern rehab to build strength and mobility. There is a big focus on core training and spine mobility so you might notice improved posture, and Pilates can help with building a more resilient body to compliment other training and rehab from injury. Although challenging at times (think holidng a plank), this class is taugh slowly and mindfullly.
