Good news… the Clan seeding workout is officially LIVE!
👀 Not entirely by design…
Between a few system glitches and some seriously eager CrossFitters spotting it early (you know who you are), it’s out there!

Head to your dashboard now

Read the flow & FULL movement standards

⚠️ Standards matter — reps won’t count if they’re not met
