However the more you learn the more you understand 👨🏼‍🎓

Listen to your client/clients, they all have different goals and ambition ahead of them.

Seek to learn and develop, enjoy the journey and aim to do a good meaningful job…

Before taking a group session/class or before a personal training session every good coach should ask themselves….

- Is my plan/workout specific for that client/clients?

- What more can I do to offer the client/clients the best hours of their day?

Still trying to find an exercise that this guy struggles with 🤔

Derek Gray always giving his all every session when getting trained or by himself!!

2 and a half weeks of the ONE Performance Centre being open and it’s the best feeling I have had as a trainer seeing all my friends and clients getting back to their fitness and becoming the best version of themselves 🙌🏽🙏🏽
