At home to Fair City Whites 🏠

What a morning from the boys. This was undoubtedly one of the performances of the season, with every player producing a top-class display from start to finish.

The first half saw the lads play some brilliant pass-and-move football, creating attack after attack with confidence and quality. From the forwards to the midfielders, defenders, and goalkeeper, every player put in a huge shift and worked tirelessly right up to the half-time whistle.

The second half was more of the same, with the boys refusing to let their standards drop. The football on display was outstanding, and they never stopped driving forward while still showing incredible determination and work rate when it came to defending.

Overall, every single player was outstanding today, making this one of the toughest Man of the Match decisions we've faced in a long time. The standard across the whole team was exceptional.

While Austin and Urijah deservedly share this week's Man of the Match, a special mention must also go to Harris and Muz, whose performances were excellent from start to finish. Their effort, attitude, and quality on the ball was incredible 🏆👏

A fantastic team performance and one the boys should all be very proud of ⚽

Today the boys were at home as we welcomed Breadalbane to Langlands. What started as a very wet morning 🌧️ turned into hot one ☀️ just in time for kick-off.

The boys were outstanding from start to finish. In the first half, they played some excellent football, with great passing 🅰️, movement, and clinical finishing 🎯 on display.

The second half saw them maintain their high work rate 💪, showing tremendous determination and putting in some brilliant tackles 🛡️ all over the pitch.

The teamwork shown throughout the game was second to none, with every player contributing and working hard for each other 🟡⚫

A fantastic performance from the entire squad and one they should all be proud of ⚽️👏

Match report ⚽

Yesterday morning saw us welcome Bridge of Earn to home turf for what proved to be a tough test against a very good side 🤝

The first half was a difficult one for the lads, with a few players carrying knocks going into the game which made things even more challenging. Bridge of Earn started strongly and showed their quality throughout the opening stages, making it hard for us to really get going or find our rhythm 🏃💨

The boys kept battling and showed great character to stay in the game. After the break, there was a noticeable lift in energy and intensity from the team. The lads stepped things up, competed much better across the pitch, and turned the second half into a far more even contest 💪

Match Report

On Sunday, we welcomed Fair City Whites to Langlands for one of the final three matches of the 9-a-side season ⚽️

The boys started the game brilliantly and produced an outstanding first-half performance. Their energy, movement, and passing created a fantastic 30 minutes of football that was a joy to watch from the sidelines 😁

Fair City responded well in the second half and applied plenty of pressure, forcing the lads into some strong defensive actions. Despite this, the boys continued to battle hard and looked dangerous on the break, creating several opportunities to push back into the opposition half 💪

Overall, it was a highly entertaining game and another excellent performance from the team 👏

🟡⚫️ Match Report – Thursday Night Friendly ⚫️🟡

With no fixture this weekend, the lads took on Fair City Reds in a tough Thursday night friendly 💪⚽️

We went into the game with just 9 players due to injuries and other commitments, so we knew it was going to be a real test – especially in that heat 🌡️🔥

From the first whistle, the effort was unbelievable 🟡⚫️

The first half saw some brilliant passing and movement – a joy to watch and a real credit to the team 👏⚽️

The second half started just as strong, but with 10 minutes to go the heat and tired legs began to kick in 😮‍💨 With that, it became all about grit, determination, and defensive work 🛡️⚫️

They dug deep, stayed strong, and showed incredible character right to the final whistle 💪🟡

A massive effort from every single player – you’ve done yourselves proud 👏⚫️

With it being friendly we let the lads vote on the man of the match.

The boys were at it right from the first whistle this morning, showing great energy, focus, and determination to put everything into a strong first half performance 💪🔥

The second half was a different challenge, with the lads having to dig deep and get more physical 👏🛡️

Massive well done to every single one of the boys today — top effort all round! 👊⚽️
