Massive congratulations to Heather on completing her first 5K Spartan! 💪🏅
She put in the time, effort, and hard work for this, and despite a few setbacks along the way, she showed up, crossed that finish line, and got it done. As they say "completed it mate" ✅️ what an achievement! 👌
Just look at that huge medal and that even bigger smile 😁
I first met Heather whilst in the training clinic at college, and when I eventually got myself set up, she tracked me down. Once you've had the healing touch of Rana, there's just no going back 🤣
Seriously though, I'm incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. This medal is well deserved and proof that consistency, determination, and not giving up pays off.

Massive congratulations to Emily on smashing her marathon PB! 🏃‍♀️🔥

Huge congratulations to my client Liz on absolutely smashing the London Marathon! 🥳
Not only did she complete it in an incredible time, she went and earned herself a Silver Scotland Athletics medal in the V50 category 👏 what an achievement!
This didn’t just happen overnight. It’s the result of relentless hard work, dedication, and pushing through every challenge along the way. Liz had a goal, stayed focused, and delivered in the best way possible.
She’s said this was going to be her last marathon but I’m not entirely convinced 👀
So proud of you well done again, Liz! 💪🏽🏃‍♀️

Huge congratulations to Kev on completing his very first half marathon and what a place to do it, the Gdynia Half in Poland 🇵🇱🏃‍♂️
Considering you only started running last year, this is an incredible milestone. From putting in the miles at parkruns all over Scotland to steadily ticking off races along the way, your consistency and commitment have really paid off. This is a massive achievement and one you should be seriously proud of.
It’s been great to support you along the journey as well  staying on top of things, managing those niggles, and keeping you moving well so you can keep pushing forward.
Enjoy this one… you’ve earned it.
