Pershore's pickleballer's recently took on an experienced team from Martley. They featured some recent medal winners from the English and Welsh Open.

Although the scoreline reflects a onesided outcome. 17-3 to Martley. Many of the matches were competitive with three matches going to 10-10 into the one serve deuce.

👏 A Huge Thank You to Our Incredible Volunteers! 👏

A massive thank you to Alan (left) and Steve (right), whose dedication, skill and generosity have completely transformed this area of Pershore Tennis Centre.

Over the past few weeks, they have volunteered countless hours of their own time to create our fantastic new pathway and install our brand new outdoor table tennis station. Every stage of the project has been completed to an exceptionally high standard, and the finished result has exceeded everyone’s expectations.

I’d also like to acknowledge the contribution of our Centre Manager, Dan, who worked alongside Alan and Steve throughout the project, giving up his own time to help bring the vision to life.

The Committee and our members are absolutely delighted with the transformation. What was once a bit of an eyesore has become a welcoming outdoor space that everyone can enjoy, and is wheelchair friendly. Another fantastic addition to the club.

Projects like this simply wouldn’t be possible without volunteers who are willing to give up their time, expertise and energy for the benefit of others.

Thank you. You should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved. 🎾🏓❤️

What a fantastic day we had at our Open Day! A huge thank you to everyone who came along to try tennis, join in the activities, and make the day such a success.

It was wonderful to see so many new and familiar faces on court enjoying the sport, meeting our coaches, and experiencing everything Pershore Tennis Centre has to offer.

We hope everyone had as much fun as we did, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon. Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or returning to the game, there's a place for you at Pershore Tennis Centre!
