Two sets which have just been through a “full refurbishment + re-grip” for customers.
The below are before and after pics of two sets that have received the following workshop processes.
Process 8a - Refurbishment + repaint. £110
Process 6 - Gripping. £45
Restamping with a new 10yr stamp included as must be done after a refurb.
Time in workshop for this is 2-3weeks.
Return postage is £12.
We aim to remove 95% of wear/tear, chips etc.
Both sets have come up lovely. Two more successfully reborn sets of bowls 😊

As National Finals approach and workshop bookings fill up, we are putting extra focus on turning around posted bowls needing re-stamping in the same week.
We are getting more and more requests for quick turnaround so below is a quick explanation how you can game our system a little 😎

If your bowls are sent in for “Test and Stamp only”, we will get them ready for return post within 1-2 days.
We post out on Tues, Weds and Thurs.
Bowls arriving Monday or Tuesday will make Tues or Weds return post.
Bowls arriving on Weds will likely still make Thurs post.
Bowls arriving Thurs or Fri will make following Tues post.
Our return service is 24hr, 48hr possible for greater distance, far north.
Test and Stamp is £38 per set.
Return postage is £12 for up to 3 sets.

It’s that time of year where we once again wish a happy birthday to Mr Pershore Bowls, or Maurice as he prefers to be called.
Dad has been turning up to work on all things bowls for well over 50 years now and I’m pretty sure he still loves it every day. 🙏🏻
I’m not sure what he wants for his birthday, kind of hoping it’s beer, chocolate and socks 🤞🏻
But we’ll start with a few photos and a big happy birthday from us all and go from there 😉

We have been extremely busy so far this year, big thanks to all our customers.

Today we erased an English Rose 🌹 emblem from a customers Vector VS and replaced it with this Welsh Dragon 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.
Felt like a little bit of a traitor but customer was happy so we’ll get over it 😆

Hi everyone. The start of 2026 has been exceptionally busy here at PBC with lots of work through the post and through the door, so thanks to all.
If you are considering posting some bowls to us, please read the below guide to help with those first initial questions 🙏🏻
Test/stamp and gripping jobs are generally going back out within 7 days.
Refurbishments and multiple process jobs are taking longer so please bear with us 😊

A set of Henselite Tiger 2 in today for a nice standard 30 dimple grip. Customer just wanted a little more grip but nothing too deep.
30 dimples has been the standard choice on new bowls for an absolute age and looks and feels great. A good option if you want grips added and you have a plain bowl.
A good buff polish afterwards and they look lovely.
Very nice colour combination 👌🏻

Gripping is £45 for a set of four.
Return postage is £12 if you are posting them in.

January has been a very busy start to the year and we’re all working hard to prepare for the inevitable pre-outdoor season rush 😆

Our “Xmas break clear out” has unearthed a little collection of amazing magazines. 🫡

Will be available for customers to have a thumb through while they wait for renovations, no bacon sandwich fingers though 😉

For a great cause. Get involved if you are able 🙌🏻

Hi all we are running an open Charity Cup at Bromsgrove Indoor Bowls Club on Saturday 7th February 2026.

This our first try at this and we will be raising funds for British Heart Foundation which is a very worthy cause supported by so many dedicated local volunteers.

We will be running a raffle on the day and have a confirmed donated prize from Pershore Bowls Centre which is greatly appreciated.

Let’s get this filled and make it a spectacular day.
