New group exercises classes

DNA Lifestyle is extremely excited to announce a new class timetable for small bespoke exercises classes.
Starting on Monday the 4th of December we will be offering a range of group exercise classes including yoga for both beginners and more advanced participants along with Pilates and mobility, flexibility and balance for all ages.
