Kettlebells
This 60 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. Performed to music the hour will fly by. In this class if you are new to exercise you can start by using a light kettlebell and as you feel your fitness and strength Improve we will advise that you increase the weight. Boot camps
Our beach and park bootcamps comprise of varied exercises, including training with sandbags, tires, battling ropes, kettlebells, TRX and more. Storm fitness bootcamps will get you out of your comfort zone and outside living up fitness and fun. Guaranteed to improve your fitness whilst having fun and burning calories. Back to basics
This class is designed for the beginner or someone returning to exercise, starting with the basics, we cover core engagement, how to squat, lunge, deadlift etc. A slightly slower paced session aimed at building confidence strength and mobility

⭐️⭐️ Back to Basics Fitness ⭐️⭐️

Does the thought of going to a fitness class fill you with dread, but you really want to get fitter, stronger and feel better in yourself?
Starting something new or returning to exercise can be daunting, so we’ve created a gentle Back to Basics fitness class to help you build confidence.
We’ll work through low-impact, practical exercises you can use in everyday life, helping you get fitter, stronger and improve mobility, all at a pace that suits you.

Sessions are held indoors, and spaces are limited to keep the group small, friendly and supportive.

Physiotherapist Liz Cavell will also be on hand during the sessions to offer extra guidance and support.

This is a pre-booked 4‑week block starting Tuesday 6th January at 10:30am

Last weekend we hit up Bristol Fightclub🥊🥊 a fitness boxing class with live DnB DJs.
Two hours of boxing, awesome music, and good vibes all around.
The energy in the room was on another level!

The lovely Shazza is getting married 👰so we celebrated with a wedding-themed workout on the beach! No shots, just squats—plus lots of sand, sweat, and windswept hair. We threw in a few team games for a bit of fun, and team groom came in as the overall winners!
