Cancelled due to horrible windy weather. Shall put on another beach yoga when it will be a nicer experience.

Beach yoga session open to all.
When: Easter Monday
Where: Marazion Beach next to Red River
Time: 7pm
Cost: £5 all money going to Level Water a charity that provides swimming lessons for disabled children.
What do you need: bring a towel or a yoga mat, comfy clothes and a warm jumper.

It's been super busy with coming to the end of the summer season and starting a new job. I've been back rowing which I have loved and the winter training program and the road to the world pilot gig championships has begun. My knee seems to be on the mend so out running again and have an event next weekend.
I taught my last aqua fit class of 2025 on Tuesday and it was such a happy class to teach but I'm also a little sad about it being over.
Weekly yoga classes on a Monday in Marazion have ticked along nicely giving a space to breath and stretch.
Happy that I get to continue to teach swimming through the winter.

Padstow to Rock swim for Marie Curie 🌼
Great weather and lovely to chat to wonderful people whilst waiting.
Low point- a seam on my wetsuit went and it's completely ruined 😭😭😭😭😭
Having put that aside as best I could as there was nothing I could do about it other than look at everyone else's suits in envy I cracked on regardless. The elite wave have a cut off time and I wanted to swim as close to it as I could. As expected, buoyancy etc was a little off and I kept filling up with cold water every time I breathed to the right but I tried and am super pleased with my time.
Water quality was good. All in all a lovely swim, fantastic atmosphere, i would definitely recommend it and I hope to do it again..take aways Spotting was tricky as the water is busy and if you suffer from the cold don't get in quickly as it takes a while to get that number of people checked into the water.
