Johnny (far right) and the crew from Cornwall and also London popped in for some more innertubes and a good old chinwag during their WCW cycling & camping trip. Nice to see you all having such a great time enjoying this spell of hot weather.

Say hello to Cece, Abbey and Alan who are visiting Cornwall from California and are planning to also do LEJOG. They popped by to have some minor repairs and tuneups before heading to Lands End tonight.

Jamis Diablo 18speed 26" MTB. £SOLD
A recent donation to PZBK and now fully restored to perfect running condition. We added a Highland alloy handlebars and extended new gear and brake cables and pads. The original 6 speed Uniglide cassette and chain are in excellent condition. Front and rear Araya rims and stainless spokes are perfect and the bearings are smooth. The original ball and cup axle have been replaced with a Shimano JIS UN54. Original shoulder carry yoke and bottle cage in bronze finish. Tyres are Ritchey Alpha Bite 1.95. Pedals are VP 456 Taiwan. New Oxford full length black thermoplastic mudguards and SR Selle Royal RoyalGel saddle. Drive train is Shimano Biopace with Exage front and rear derailleur's and shifters and wheel hubs. Turns on a dime and very nimble, perfect for the Cornish back roads and bridleways.

Graham from Yorkshire who is starting his solo LEJOG today popped in this morning to have a new Bontrager AW2-TLR all weather road tyre fitted prior to departure and thanks for popping by, and we wish him well on his journey northwards.
