Our Story
In 2010 we decided to move to Penwith , we had built a group of teachers in the Midlands and some of them had moved away to open classes in different areas.
The vibrancy of West Penwith was a good incentive for us to run our Easter and Summer Schools here. We started them in 2005 and never looked back. People enjoy coming here to train and relax and get away from their busy lives for a week or more .
We have been running evening classes and some Day Courses in Cornwall and plan to open a few more .
If you like the idea of relaxation, meditation and gentle exercise come along and try the class and see for yourself what T’ai Chi is about.
