Established in 1829, Penzance CC is a family-friendly cricket club based in the seaside town of Penzance, Cornwall. It is a club steeped in history, with over 190 years experience on the Cornish cricket circuit; having supplied the Cornwall Minor Counties team with numerous players over the years, and even an England international [Jack Richards] on one occasion. Clare, which features some of the
best facilities in the region. The previous ten years have seen the construction of a state-of-the-art pavilion, installation of an electronic score box, plus the arrival of new sight-screens. 2016 brought further improvements, with the Club securing £60,000 funding for brand new 3 x bay outdoor nets. Penzance CC currently possess two competitive men's senior league teams, a women's team and a midweek XI:
• 1st XI (ECB Premier League)
• 2nd XI (Division Two - West)
• Cornwall Cricket Women's League
• Midweek XI (West Penwith Evening League)
As well as four youth cricket teams (open to boys and girls) at Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 & Under 17 level.
