Yoga for arthritis: Discover relief and renewal

Find comfort in movement — join our nurturing Yoga for Arthritis class, designed to ease joint stiffness, reduce pain, and restore mobility. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a very gentle practice, this class offers a safe space to reconnect with your body.

What to expect:
- Slow, mindful movements: to lubricate joints and improve flexibility.
- Seated/laying/standing poses:
adaptable for all ability levels.
- Breathwork and meditation:
to calm the nervous system.
- Props(blocks, straps, bolsters):
for support and comfort.

I plan to run a Chair Yoga session for the less mobile in Shoreham-by-Sea.
Come and have a try if you are having trouble with getting up and down, suffer chronic pain or have weak joints.
Gender, age or size doesn’t matter - as long as you can breathe, you can do yoga.
The class will be held at St Giles Church Hall, 1:30-2:15 on Monday 15th April.
