Tomorrow we have our last Jiu-jitsu session before Christmas.
We have beginners No-Gi jiu-jitsu being taken by Coach Gemma Postins at 5.30pm.
Gemma is going over Guillotines.
Then at 6.30pm we have Coach Mytra Regyall taking us through to 8pm.
We welcome members and non members.
Both lessons welcome all levels.
Its £6 for the evening.
