Pilates for Strength — Women 50+
This fun Pilates class is designed especially for women 50+ who want to build strength, improve posture, support bone health, and move with more ease in everyday life.
Classes are welcoming, low-pressure, and suitable if you are returning to movement, managing stiffness, or simply wanting a regular routine that helps you feel good in your body.
