We will be holding the Junior club AGM on Thurs 26th March, 6:30pm at The Packet pub (in Rosudgeon next to the Co op)
Currently the committee stands as
Richard Tilly - Chairman
Tamsyn Stevens- Secretary
Sam Strick - Treasurer
Andrew Badcock - Coach

As with all these small not for profit groups, we must have a committee for it to continue running. After 3 years, Richard and Tamsyn are stepping down and need to be replaced.
These are not particularly time consuming roles, we currently only have 1 meeting a year as everything is set up ready to go. We have a What's App committee group to communicate in case something comes up and we need to discuss.
Secretary role is basically to meet and greet new members, post out and answer on social media/spond, communicate matches/rained off training sessions and organise/minute any meetings (currently 1 a year)
We have a new Safeguarding officer, James, so the committee members are also there to support him in his role
We hope to see some of you there so this group can continue into the 2026 season!

Its starting to feel like spring is finally on the way so our thoughts are turning to light summer evenings cricket 🏏 😎
We are starting our indoor nets sessions this Friday 13th March at 6pm in Humphry Davy Schools sports hall, finishing around 7:15pm. There are 3 sessions (13th, 20th and 27th March) they are FREE and all equipment is provided, so if you and/or your child is interested in playing cricket this season please come along to have a go and bring a friend or 2! We hope to see you there 🏏

Voting has now begun! Please support us by popping your blue tokens in after your shop at either Tesco superstore or Tesco Express in Penzance 🏏 voting ends in September. We appreciate your support in providing a local activity for our children.

What amazing weather it's been for cricket! We have groups from ages 8yrs (Y3) through to 15yrs (Y10/11) why not come along and have a go 🏏 All equipment is provided so just turn up for a free trial! Every Monday (weather permitting) at 6pm at Rosudgeon Cricket Club
