Thank you to all members- new and none members for an AMAZING Easter Monday open day! Special thanks to the members who arranged and hosted such a fantastic family fun day- what a great turn out.

We started the day off with an Easter tournament- well done to our winner Lucy 🥇
Top 4 - Lucy, Alweena, Anna & Phil 👏🏼🏆💕

Thank you to our lovely ladies captain Sue Kitto - the children had the best time! The kids battled it out for Easter eggs playing some fantastic games on the tennis court!

We finished the day sat in the sunshine with a lovely beverage and a BBQ 🥂🍻🍗🍔☀️

Join us tonight at Penwortham Tennis Club for our Bonfire Night celebration — no worries if you haven’t confirmed, just come along and support the event! 🙌

🚗 For those attending:
There’ll be someone to guide you on arrival to help maximise parking (including the overspill area by Court 1).
Please avoid parking on Blackhurst Avenue or the grass verge if possible — thank you! 😎

🔥 Bonfire Night Celebration at Penwortham Tennis Club! 🎆

Join us on Wednesday 5th November for an evening of fireworks, food, and fun at the club!

🎟️ Tickets: £8 (Child Ticket is £4) – includes a drink from the bar, a jacket potato with your choice of fillings, and dessert.
🍽️ Bar opens: 6:00pm
🥔 Food served: 6:30pm
🔥 Bonfire lit: 7:00pm
🎇 Fireworks: 7:30pm (safe viewing from the conservatory & terrace)
🎾 Social play: from 6:00pm

It promises to be a fantastic evening for members, families, and friends — we’d love to see you there! ✨

🎉 PLTC Teams Celebration Evening – This Friday! 🎾

Join us at the club this Friday as we come together to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our men’s, women’s and junior teams in the summer leagues 👏

⏰ 6:00pm – Social Tennis
🍹 7:30pm – Celebration Evening begins (bar open all evening!)

It’s been a brilliant season, and this is the perfect chance to recognise everyone’s hard work, enjoy a drink, and celebrate together as a club 💚

Bank Holiday Monday Tennis at PLTC

Head on down to the Club this Bank Holiday Monday afternoon for a spot of social tennis in the sun! 🎾☀️

Steve McQueen (Ball Machine!) will also be in use, for both demo/instruction, and to test your skills!

Hot & cold drinks ☕🥤🍹 & cake/snacks 🍰🍦🍫 will be available for purchase.

Non-members are welcome to join us for a £4 fee which includes a cake/snack and a soft drink.

Just drop in anytime between 2pm and 5pm
