We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are hosting our very first DEKA event at Kingdom on Sunday, 19th July!

This is your next ultimate challenge for the Summer.

This is an Official World Championship Qualifier 🌍

This is a fully timed, official DEKA event. That means your results will go straight onto the global leaderboard, making this a legitimate opportunity for you to earn your spot and qualify for the DEKA World Championships!

Whether you want to test your limits or shoot for the global stage, this is your moment.

Barcelona, you were unforgettable! 🇪🇸

This past weekend was hands down one of the absolute best HYROX trips we have ever done. To everyone who was meant to come but couldn’t make it, you were so missed, and we felt your absence!
We are already planning the next one for you.

HYROX can be incredibly intimidating.

The build-up? Terrifying.
The nerves? Real. But every single person who stepped onto that floor can guarantee you one thing: it is SO much fun at the end of the day, and the pride you feel crossing that finish line is unmatched. 🏆

Huge shoutout to our incredible crew this weekend, especially our debutants and milestone makers:

🌟 The First Timers: Maral, Clare Black, and Clare Childs (who absolutely raved through it with Lydia!)
🔥 The Solo Debuts: Angie (First Solo!) and Anthony (First Solo PRO! 💪)
🤝 The Team Players: Lydea, crushed her first-ever approach with the relay! And Alberto at his first Relay!
