Thrilled! 🥳
It's official - I've now qualified and can't wait to welcome you to my new classes.
Currently - for the rest of June - Tuesdays 5-6pm and starting from July, a late morning slot too - Tuesdays 10:45-11:45.
Join me at The Space, Falmouth Sports Club.
All abilities welcome!
Don't forget to try my Circuit Training classes on Monday and Friday mornings and Kettlebells on Wednesday evenings 😁

Funny session of Kettlebells this evening.
Foolishly, I forgot my phone - so I didn't have my music playlists or timer app.
Josh saved the day with a playlist. We were treated to some random expletive rock.
Luckily it was a fabulous group of regulars, who laughed with me 😁
