As the sun kisses the horizon goodbye, I'm reminded why golden hour is a photographer's dream. In the Philippines, every sunset feels like a grand finale, a spectacular show of light and colour. Here, amidst the tranquillity of the fading day, life pauses for a breath, and beauty is in every glance. It's moments like these that remind us to embrace the present, to live in the warmth of now.

Hello Instagram fam! 🌊🌍

We're about to embark on an incredible journey that's more than just about adventure. On the 2nd of June, 5 of us will be setting off from Plymouth, journeying all the way to Bude. This is no small task, we're talking about 200+ miles, spanning over 10 days, all on paddleboards!

But we're not just doing this for the thrill of it. We're taking on this mammoth challenge for two very important causes that are close to our hearts: the protection of our beautiful oceans and the promotion of mental health awareness. Every stroke of our paddles will be in support of and , two incredible organizations doing vital work in these fields.

We're not just paddling, we're building too! Each one of us has been tasked with constructing our very own paddleboards. Massive thanks to for providing us with the materials and guidance to make this happen. And a big shout out to for the amazing gear - you guys have truly made this endeavor possible.

We'd be thrilled if you could follow along and support us on this journey. Stay tuned for updates and use our hashtag to keep up with our progress. This is about more than just an endurance test, it's about standing up (quite literally!) for what we believe in and making a positive change in the world.

Protect our sea 💙

Yesterday it felt important to join our local community at Gwithian campaigning to prevent an experiment to drop potentially harmful chemicals into St Ives Bay.

It was great joining the paddle out with so many other surfers - together getting our voice heard and increasing ocean awareness.

Wave selection has always been key even more so now I've had to dial back the kamikaze approach I used to take. Now I love to just take my time in the line up and admire all the different shapes the oceans creates.
