I honestly couldnโ€™t believe how many of you turned up to Boogie Bounce in this heat. You were amazing!
We kept it sensible with shorts, lots of water, all the doors open and plenty of extra drink breaksโ€ฆ and it worked perfectly. Everyone looked after themselves, still worked hard and, most importantly, had a great time.
A huge well done to every single one of you. Iโ€™m so proud of your commitment and effort, especially on such a hot evening. Now Iโ€™m in the garden trying to cool down! ๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŒฟ

Before our โ€˜nonโ€™ sunset Pilates tonight we had our Hearts United Healthy Hearts group 4โ€™s first strength session with the resistance bandsโ€ฆ and they were brilliant! ๐Ÿ’ช

Everyone worked really hard, gave it their all and most importantly, really enjoyed themselves. It was such a lovely session.

The first of our two Sunset Pilates Socials was tonightโ€ฆ and although the sunset didnโ€™t quite make an appearance (and it was far too chilly and windy to be outside!), we still had the loveliest evening.

A fabulous Pilates class, a gorgeous buffet from the golf club and lots of chatting, laughter and catching up. It really was a lovely way to spend an evening.

LiftLean is a friendly, strength-based class designed for real people of all ages and abilities. Everyone works at their own level using their own weights, and if you donโ€™t have any, donโ€™t worry โ€“ Iโ€™ve got plenty you can borrow.

The class focuses on building strength, improving bone health, maintaining muscle mass, supporting balance and helping you stay strong for everyday life. But itโ€™s not all lifting! We also finish with stretching and mobility work, so you get the best of both worlds in one class โ€“ strength and stretchy.

One of the things I love most about LiftLean is that it really is for everyone. We can adapt exercises to suit individual needs, and we even have chair-based options available when needed.

The first two sessions were Week 2 of our brand new routine and wowโ€ฆ what a night! ๐Ÿ˜ Both classes were pretty much full, the energy was amazing, and everyone absolutely threw themselves into it. Itโ€™s a brilliant routine and already proving to be a huge hit.

Then it was time for Class 3 and our lovely Healthy Hearts group โค๏ธ Their very first Boogie Bounce session and they were incredible. Not only did they give it their all, but they were happy to have a go at the tracks at full level too! The effort, determination and smiles in the room were fantastic to see.

A huge well done to everyone who bounced with me last night. Whether youโ€™re a regular or trying it for the very first time, you all helped create such a great atmosphere.

For our Healthy Hearts group, the next challenge is Strength next Thursday ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜Š I canโ€™t wait to see how they get on.

What a brilliant night we had last Tuesday! ๐ŸŽ‰

The first week of a new Boogie Bounce routine is always exciting, and you all absolutely smashed it. The energy was incredible, the trampolines were bouncing, and there were lots of laughs along the way too.

A huge welcome to those who came along for the first time. New routine weeks are such a great time to start because everyone is learning together, and itโ€™s always lovely to see new faces joining in.

The good news? We get to do it all again this Tuesday! ๐Ÿ™Œ
