90min of aerobic easy cycling 🚴

Apart from being a basic stand alone cycling workout. This kind of session is also great for runners &/or Hyrox athletes to get some low intensity, low impact volume in.

One of the biggest mistakes we believe most runners, especially MultiSport or Hybrid runners make is to under utilise cross training. Benefits of adding cycling to your training are:
1. Improve aerobic endurance.
2. Reduce injury risk.
3. Increase sustainable power output.

So try replacing one of those easy runs with an easy bike instead and thank us later.

Pro Tip: Keep your HR down and your cadence high.

“Death By Burpees” - Not for the faint of heart!

Every Minute On the Minute:

Min 1: 1 Burpee
Proceed to do 1 extra burpee for every minute until you can no longer complete the required reps within the minute. Your score is the last round completed plus the amount of reps completed in the failed round. Example: 15 rounds + 9 reps

A great conditioning workout if you’re looking to develop some mental toughness & movement efficiency for your next Race!
