For the past 15 years I have worked in Health and Social care, helping others is something that I have always enjoyed. I decided to take part in regular exerci

se to try and escape what was going on in my mind. This gradually improved my physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and social skills, which in effect improved my relationships with family and friends, and my enjoyment and outlook on life. At 36 years old I signed up for a Personal Trainer course. This alongside my knowledge of health and social care and my struggles have given me the skills I need to help others improve their physical and mental wellbeing. That is my overall passion, to see others exceed and progress. So get in touch and start a journey to a better you. Lots of s**t has happened in those 6 years but I have always tried my best to do some form of training and stay disciplined.

Training should be for the long term not for quick fixes, it should be a lifestyle shift.

My progress will be less than some but more than others and comparisons just affect our well-being. We compete with our previous selves no one else.

Progress is progress.

It's so good to see so many young people hitting the gym nowadays, but they get very little guidance or education. This class will help do that.
