A FEW THANK YOUS… AND ONE SMALL FAVOUR.
First, a massive thank you to everybody who reads my posts, watches my videos, comments, shares things, nick ideas for classes, laughs at my rants, disagrees with me, messages me, recommends me to somebody else, or generally gets something useful from what I put out here.
Genuinely. Thank you.
I share a lot because I love teaching. I love writing. I love making people think. And I love putting useful stuff into the world.
But I’m also a small business.
I’m not an influencer. Facebook doesn’t pay me because 4,000 people read a post, and sadly Zuckerberg still hasn’t offered to cover my mortgage because someone enjoyed one of my nervous-system rants. 😂
So I also want to say a huge thank you to the people who have already become Founders of Making Yoga Make SENSE — The Journey Within.
You invested in my work, but you also invested in yourselves and your own learning, and that means a lot to me.
And I’m already getting some gorgeous feedback from people working their way through it, which has honestly been bloody lovely.

Now for the tiny favour.
Obviously, not everybody who follows me is going to buy something.
Nor should they.
Maybe money is tight.
Maybe the timing isn’t right.

All absolutely fine.
