Before the crowds arrived!
You can only train as well as you recover!
Make recovery your friend, both mentally and physically.
With the mentorship I’m currently doing, one of the coaches, Tony Gentilcore talks about leaving reps in reserve with clients!
If they leave the session feeling that they could have done a little more then perfect.
We still train hard but not to the extent they struggle to get dressed the next day!!
I forgot who Tony referenced when saying “easy training is good training” but as I get older I totally agree with that.
