Sometimes you need to just p*e 🤷🏽‍♀️

Bloating and puffiness is a very natural occurrence during and after training and here’s some reasons why:

💧You drink more during training - that water has to sit somewhere. If dehydrated your body will hold it even more so so drink lots of water pre workout and not just during your session.

💨 Heavy breathing - can cause air to get trapped inside the GI tract causing a roundness to the tummy.

🍴Eating too close to your workout
- Make sure you give your body enough time to digest your pre workout meal before training. I recommend no closer than 45 minutes before training - ideally an hour.

💪🏽You have a pump! When the target muscle is activated during training it will fill with blood causing it to “pump” up. This naturally causes a roundness to the body part.

9 Week shred ✅

I’m usually trying to encourage clients to exercise MORE but with this client it was to do LESS. She was doing a crazy amount of steps, running and classes so we pulled back on the cardio massively and replaced it with heavy weight training with low rep ranges. This has resulted in a figure which is tight, shapely and muscular.

Total commitment to the diet meant we only made changes once! A lot of the time calories don’t need to be dropped, you just need to actually stick to them.

Feel mint in a bikini - goal achieved. 🫡
