The Paddlesport Leader Award covers a huge range of trips that might be undertaken in clubs or outdoor centres.
Training can be done in any craft and at assessment candidates can choose between
- Multi-craft: The group will include two of each: canoe, kayak, and SUP.
- Canoe: The group will consist of 4–6 people in canoes.
- Kayak: The group will consist of 4–6 people in kayaks.
- SUP: The group will consist of 4–6 people in SUPs.
Wild River has a range of Touring Leader training and assessment dates in the Autumn
