I encourage my participants to do their own version of the poses, our bodies are all different and not everyone is able to do every pose perfectly. It really doesn’t matter if you can’t reach as far as someone else, or if you need to sit on a block or cushion, or use a strap. It’s about working with what you’ve got and over time with practice you’ll notice the improvement as you become more flexible, stronger, reach further.
I’ve seen amazing progress in my regular attendees, I love how yoga can improve how people feel.

Pilates helps improve your posture so you walk taller and breathe deeper. It’s great for improving your core strength and stability, balance and flexibility which helps your sports performance. Pilates can also help you manage your back pain and all those other achey bits.
Ask me for more details and to book your place in class. Space available Thursday at 6pm and Friday at 9.30am.
