For 2026 onwards there has been a vote passed to tweak to the rules in the doubles match. Talking between players can be done during the opponents break and for up to 30 seconds after their last ball has stopped moving. A new rules sheet will be given to all pubs.

Summer 2026 done and dusted.

Thanks to all the players & teams for embracing the game format change.

Croglin A retain Div 1 and runners up only on games won/lost Belted Will.

Newbiggin C won Div 2 while Fox & Ph B won the Cup.

There’s also a new format for the summer league, 4 singles, 2 doubles as usual. Then 4 singles are played again, the home team in the same order while the away team rotate. Player 4 first, then 1,2&3.
