This weekend I explored Waterfall Country with my good friend .

In total we managed to see Sgwd Ddwli Isaf (picture 1), Sgwd Y Bedol (picture 2) , Sgwd Ddwli Uchaf (slide 3), Sgwd Gwladys (not pictured) and Sgwd Einion Gam (picture 4).

The 10km hike was extremely beautiful but seeing Sgwd Einion Gam, a lesser known yet beautiful waterfall, was definitely the highlight of the hike. At this waterfal I took the opportunity to cool off with a wild swim, which happened to also be my first ever wild swim 😊

Sunday Strolls this week led my friend and I on a 16.5km coastal hike from Gower Heritage Centre to three cliffs and then across to Oxwich Bay. Besides a 10 min downpour the weather was amazing and the views...even better!

My legs are sore now, time to rest 😂
