The Under 8s were back with a bang this weekend in what were their first games this season with a goalkeeer. The players put in some great performances and all the hard work in training and friendlies over the summer break has helped them kick on and challenge and close the gap for n some tougher opponents and teams. What a great first weekend back for the Under 7’s boys ⚽️

It was brilliant to see all three teams back on the pitch, with plenty of hard work, teamwork and some fantastic football on show.

🟢 Knight’s had an excellent morning, winning two of their three games, worked incredibly hard for each other and set a real marker for the season ahead.

⚫️ The Castles faced some tough opposition but battled right until the final whistle. There were plenty of positives and some really encouraging signs for the season ahead.

🟢 The Dragons also had a really positive return. There was some great passing, teamwork and finishing, with the boys showing plenty of character against strong opposition.

An exceptional work rate, with brilliant tackling and passing throughout the morning.

🏆 Castles – Archie
A great goal, some fantastic dribbling and a real battling performance for the team.

🏆 Dragons – George J-G
Worked tirelessly, making great runs, winning tackles, playing some lovely passes and getting himself on the scoresheet! And all after an Ibiza hangover! 😂🇪🇸

A huge well done to all the boys across the three teams. There were plenty of positives to take from the first weekend back, and lots to build on as the season progresses.

⚽️ U7s – Season Ready! 💪

The U7s have been putting the finishing touches to their preparations ahead of the new season, and they’ve been absolutely flying in training!

The boys have come back from the summer break full of energy, enthusiasm and determination, making it extremely difficult to choose our Trainer of the Week every Monday! 👏

Over the past few weeks, Leo, Jack & Finlay have just edged it with their fantastic attitude — giving 100% effort, listening to instructions and really excelling during the sessions. 🏆⚽️

The boys can’t wait to get the games started this weekend, and neither can we!

Here’s to another positive season of football, fun and development. 💙⚽️💪

The boys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish — no losses, plenty of goals and loads of hard work! 💪⚽️
